The Perpetual Cheese

Two months ago, the kobolds of the small yellowscale clan discovered a lost shrine dedicated to Dionysus, god of cheese and wine. Impressed by their cheesemaking skills, he gifted them a perpetually growing cheese culture. Since then, merchants report missing shipments of cow, goat and sheep milks, various spices and wooden tools, buckets and other tools used for cheesemaking.

Yesterday, a band of dwarven mountaineers entered the shrine in search of the thieves. They found a hoard full of cheese wheels and two kobold guards.

Today, the PCs are added to the mix.

Will they plunder, negotiate, start a cheese enterprise, gain favor or enmity of a god or unleash a horror of cheesy proportions on the region?
